![]() The lady at the front desk who was apparently "in charge" acted like it wasn't her problem and said we just have to go somewhere else. I tried to ask him what their refund policy was because I already paid a deposit, but he told I had to talk to the lady inside, but warned "she would tell me the same thing." I went inside the trailer to find another upset customer being told the exact same thing. I informed him that I had a reservation and showed him the paperwork, but he rudely said it didn't matter and walked away. When I arrived to the lot(which is basically the back parking lot of the Crowne Hotel), a van driver told me that the lot was full and they were not accepting anymore vehicles. Trust me, I made this mistake when I made an online reservation on a month in advance and regret it ever since. It doesn't even deserve 1 star, but google won't allow it. This place is a total SCAM!!! Don't be fooled by the 3 star rating. WARNING! DO NOT use, especially if it's with EZ Way parking Newark.
